Is there any way to find out if an Email I sent from my Yahoo acct was read or recieved ?

I want to know if there is any verification method in place to check mail status of sent mail to a Comcast.net account, I know I am NOT on this particular persons' blocked addresses but she insists she does not recieve my mail..I liked to know if she is telling me the truth Please help..Thanks

Yahoo! doesn't have the set up check. If she is telling you she is not then you have to take her for her word.
Reply:there is a way to check if they've received the mail.


all you need to do is open you mail, and then got to the sent folder in your mail. if you see the recently sent message, then that means they got it. or you can use BETA, which automatically tells you if the message was sent or if there was an error in it's sending.

Reply:Not in Yahoo! Mail unless you call by mobile phone and ask if your recipient has got and opened your mail or want an immediate reply from your recipient,but he/she have to be trustworthy enough to get that.


BUT you can have this opportunity in Outlook Mail,on Outlook you go to 'Tools' menu %26gt;%26gt;click on 'Options'%26gt;%26gt; click 'Email Options' click 'Tracking Options'%26gt;%26gt; select 'Read Receipt'
