If you have a local email account maybe, I would ask your ISP and find out. If it is a web mail account like yahoo and google, I doubt they would give you tech support for that. I would just change your password and move on.

Mail plus is needed for pop forwarding to use with outlook and other mail progs which have the read receipt option, but it costs 19.99$ a year.

Reason behind this: by denying a read receipt, you make sure that spammers don't know whether they hit a real mail address.





There is a program called "SpyPig" which could help you get read receipts. But it only works if both sender and receiver allow html-mail. Reply:it is impossible to find an email ID of friends by just their names as they might be using different names when they created email accounts. if those friends have other friends whom you know, try to contact them and ask if they know too. otherwise, you will know their mail adds.
